Maite Hontelé quits as Artistic Director of Music Meeting Festival

Maite Hontelé will retire as Artistic Director of Music Meeting Festival on September 1st, 2022. After four and intensive years at Music Meeting, Maite has decided to orientate herself on new steps in her career.

In 2022, the dreamed Music Meeting Festival 'Cuba Upside Down' could finally take place. With a fresh look at the festival, innovation in the format and a strong program, Maite put down a successful edition. All this contributed to the new direction and the strong image of Music Meeting. Maite remains involved in Music Meeting in the background. It is not yet known who will succeed her. The board of Music Meeting and the organization are very grateful to Maite for her work and the very pleasant cooperation.
