Practical information
Music Meeting Festival takes place at two locations in Nijmegen: on May 18 & 19 in the beautiful Park Brakkenstein (Driehuizerweg) and on May 20 in the Lindenberg Cultuurhuis (Ridderstraat 23). Both locations are easy to reach by bicycle, car and public transport. The festival is pin-only.
Music Meeting is a festival for young and old. Children up to 16 years old have free admission. Young people aged 17 to 26 receive a 40% discount on tickets. There is no supervision of children during the Mini Meeting children's program, we ask parents to remain alert.
Take good care of yourself and drink enough water, there is a water point on the festival site in the park where you can fill your bottle. Please note: do not bring glass. Music Meeting only uses cups that are recyclable.
Opening and closing times of the festival site
Saturday May 18: 02:00 PM - 00:30 AM
Sunday May 19: 01:00 PM - 00:30 AM
Monday May 20 (de Lindenberg): 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM
The festival program starts every day one hour after the opening of the festival grounds.
Wardrobe
There is no possibility to store coats and/or bags in Park Brakkenstein. Bringing jackets and/or bags to the festival site is entirely at your own risk. So, leave as many valuables at home as possible (not even in the car)!
Accessibility Park Brakkenstein for people with a disability
A large number of the stages in Park Brakkenstein have a paved floor and at the stages with seating, space is reserved for people with a disability. Of course, there are also appropriate sanitary facilities in the form of a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
The festival site consists of grass fields, forest land and paved sand paths and can be a bit bumpy in places. In dry weather the site is easily accessible for wheelchairs and other aids. In rainy weather we do our best to keep the festival site as accessible as possible for everyone. For questions or requests regarding special facilities on the festival grounds, please email seeyou@musicmeeting.nl.
The Lindenberg has various facilities for visitors with disabilities. Click here for more information.
