4. PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Music Meeting Festival takes place on June 7, 8, and 9 in Park Brakkenstein. The park is located on Driehuizerweg in Nijmegen. You can easily reach it by bike, car, bus, or train.
A detailed map of the park and festival grounds will be available on the website from April 15.
Coats & Bags
There are no storage facilities for coats or bags at the park. If you bring a coat or bag, you must keep it with you at all times.
We advise leaving valuables at home (or not in your car).
PIN-Only
Payments at the festival are PIN-only (debit card required).
Accessibility
Most festival stages have a hard surface for easy standing. At venues with seating, there are special areas for people with disabilities. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available.
The park consists of grass, woodland, and sandy paths, which may be uneven. In dry weather, wheelchairs can navigate easily. In rainy conditions, movement may be more difficult, but we will do our best to ensure maximum accessibility.
Dogs are not allowed, including service dogs. Festivals are not suitable for service dogs and can even be harmful to them, according to the Royal Dutch Guide Dog Fund (KNGF). We recommend bringing a companion instead.
Need a break from stimuli?
There are quiet areas within the festival grounds where you can take a break. You may leave the festival area at any time and return later.
Bringing a Buddy
Do you have a physical disability or are you sensitive to stimuli? You are allowed to bring a buddy who will assist and support you. You can choose your own buddy to ensure you feel comfortable. Your buddy receives free entry to the festival.
