In order to have enough volunteers on the festival site throughout the weekend, we ask for a minimum of two half-days of volunteer work.

Volunteer opportunities
Ticket office team
The Ticket office team scans tickets and sells tickets with a pin device at the entrance of the festivalsite. You are the first face that our beloved audience encounters.
Profile: This team consists of volunteers who have a responsible attitude, can work punctually and can communicate clearly with visitors. Confident, reliable and calm.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, shifts between 4 and 6 hours divided into shorter shifts of 2.5 hours
Information Desk/Merchandise
The team of this desk provides information about the festival and are the 'eyes and ears' of the festival, as it were. Visitors come here with all kinds of questions. In addition, you sell the merchandise of the artists and Music Meeting itself.
Profile: This team consists of active, enthusiastic people who are hospitable, punctual and customer-friendly. You know how to speak to people well and know how to turn problems into solutions. You are able to keep accurate records for the sale of items.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, 5-hour shifts
Reception team volunteers
As a host at the volunteer point, you will welcome all volunteers. You provide everyone with consumption vouchers (etc.) and register everything carefully. You work alone, but you're not alone often.
Profile: You are hospitable, practical and punctual
Working hours: from 9 in the morning to closing time, shifts of 5 to 6 hours
Porter
The doormen are located on various passages from backstage to frontstage on the site. You check the entrance tickets and open the gate in case of emergency.
Profile: This team consists of people who like to work independently. You are part of a team, but you are mainly alone at the passage. You are enthusiastic and confident.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, shifts of 4 to 5 hours
Mini Meeting
As a volunteer, you are actively involved in the children's activities. Various workshops are given here for young and old.
Profile: This team consists of volunteers who are creative, enterprising and enthusiastic. Of course you like to work with young and old and you have what it takes to connect different generations.
Working hours: Afternoon to early evening, shifts of 4 to 5 hours
Backstagebar
The team of the Backstagebar carries out bar work. The team serves coffee, tea and drinks to volunteers and artists. They make sandwiches, clean up and do the dishes. They provide a good atmosphere backstage.
Profile: This team consists of smooth, practical volunteers who can work in a customer-oriented and efficient way.
Working hours: from morning to closing time, shifts between 4 and 5 hours
Public bar
The team of the public bar carries out bar work. You take orders, pour drinks, handle the payments with a pin device and are customer-friendly. You will work under an experienced bar manager.
Profile: This team consists of smooth, practical volunteers who can work in a customer-oriented and efficient way. Bar experience is an advantage.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, shifts of 5 to 6 hours
Flexteam
The Flexteam is ready to deal with unexpected jobs and gaps in the schedule. You will have the opportunity to experience the festival in different ways. You will be welcomed with open arms everywhere.
Profile: This team consists of volunteers with a flexible character who can act quickly, know how to get things done, tackle work on the spot, but can also sit still at times when there is nothing to do.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, shifts between 4 and 6 hours
Greenteam
The Greenteam ensures a clean and fresh look of the festival. This team ensures that the festival site is kept clean throughout the day. You walk all over the field, catch a lot of the music and don't have to go to the gym anymore!
Profile: This team consists of volunteers who can work hard, are practical and want to work together in a close-knit team.
Working hours: from opening to closing time, shifts of 5 to 6 hours (with various breaks)
Artist accompaniment
The artist supervisors take care of the reception of the artists and the decoration of the Artist Village. You make it cozy and ensure a clean and tidy dressing room. You will work together with the programming team.
Profile: As a volunteer you are hospitable and speak at least English, but preferably several languages. You know how to get things done, are flexible and have a keen sense of responsibility.
Working hours: before, during and after opening to closing time, shifts of approximately 5 hours
Drivers
The drivers ensure that guests, artists and equipment are transported safely and arrive on location on time.
Profile: As a volunteer you have owned your driver's license for a number of years, you can handle a passenger transport bus, you are flexible and you know your way around Nijmegen. In addition, you are stress resistant, you can deal well with (foreign) artists and you have logistical insight.
Working hours: The number of hours and the consideration in consultation.
