House rules
By purchasing an admission ticket and/or entering the event site, the visitor agrees to the house rules below. Violation of the house rules may lead to denial of access to the event site without refund. Directions and instructions from employees and security must always be followed. In situations not provided for in the house rules, the organization decides.
Own risk/liability
Entering the festival grounds and attending the performances are entirely at the visitor's own risk.
Valuable goods
There are no lockers or wardrobe to store coats and/or bags. Bringing jackets and/or bags to the festival site is entirely at your own risk. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
Privacy
When entering the festival site, visitors give permission to make video, photo and sound recordings in which the visitor may appear in or on. The organization or the press uses these recordings for promotional purposes.
Alcohol
Visitors under the age of 18 are not allowed to purchase and/or consume alcohol. At the request of bar staff, security or other authorized persons, identification must be shown.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in the open air, but take other visitors into account. Smoking is not legally permitted in (temporary) buildings, structures, tents and/or under canopies.
Entering the festivalsite
When entering the site, your luggage may be searched for prohibited items. If the above checks are refused, the visitor will no longer be granted access.
Forbidden objects
The following items may not be brought onto the festival site:
- food and drink (with the exception of hardened drinking bottles)
- cans and glassware
- dangerous objects, including (defensive) weapons such as pepper spray and Smurf spray, knives, glass and/or cans, aerosol cans (except sunscreen, deodorants and perfume)
- (soft/hard) drugs and alcohol
- toxic, highly flammable or highly explosive materials, fireworks
- objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions
- professional photo and video and audio recording equipment and selfie sticks, unless there is an agreement with the organization
- drones
- own chairs
And all other matters that, according to the organization of Music Meeting Festival, could pose a danger to health, safety and public order. If drugs and/or weapons are found, the visitor will be arrested and handed over to the police
What you can take with you: drinking bottles with water (no glass), bags, backpacks, umbrellas, strollers, buggies, rugs.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the festival grounds and are therefore not admitted.
Waste
The festival takes place on beautiful grounds and we would of course like to keep it that way. We work with a circular cup system of rPET soft cups where the used drinking cups are recycled into new cups in a high-quality manner. The single-use cups must be collected cleanly and carefully: that is why we ask you to return the used cups to the bar. There are recycling stations for other waste.
Legitimation
During the entire event, identification is required on the entire event site, just like in the rest of the Netherlands. The following forms of identification are valid: driver's license, passport and identity card.
Access
Admission to the festival site is free for children up to 16 years old (accompanied by an adult).
Inappropriate behavior
The organization strives to make Music Meeting Festival a pleasant and safe place for all visitors. Discrimination, intimidation, destruction, incitement, aggression, causing nuisance or violence in any form will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event site without refund and/or transfer to the police. Crowd surfing, graffiti, open fire and climbing (temporary) structures are prohibited.
