Music Meeting X Valkhof Festival

The Valkhof festival takes place from July 13 to 19 and is packed with surprising discoveries every year. Music Meeting programmed two acts for the festival on Tuesday, July 16.

The rich Senegalese music history is given a modern twist by Def MaMa Def with the help of afrobeats, hip hop and electronica. The duo creates a kind of pan-African futurism, or a sound that you may not have heard before, but that is still very danceable!

With his accordion and a mountain of live electronics, the Polish musician Zbigniew is looking for musical risks without a safety net. His avant-garde improvisations pulsate back and forth between ambient, noise and drone.
