MM Sessions - Efe Erdem & Glenn Gaddum Jr.

Efe Erdem is a trombonist with an incomparable drive. With roots in Turkey, he came to Rotterdam to study music where he grew to become a key figure in the jazz, urban and classical scenes.

Glenn Gaddum Jr. is one of the most popular bass players in the Netherlands. He lives for the bass and has built a career across genre as diverse as jazz, funk, soul, pop, rock and hip-hop.

Heart of the vibrant music scene 

Efe Erdem expressed his desire to play with Glenn: “I wanted to combine the trombone with a harmonic instrument and oftentimes, that’s exactly how Glenn approaches his bass playing”. Both Glenn and Efe are great improvisers who seamlessly move between, above, below, and across genres. Two young adventurous musicians who are at the heart of the vibrant contemporary music scene.
