Guitari Baro

The virtuoso instrumental trio Guitari Baro, consisting of three griot musicians from Guinea and Mali, presents lyrical harmonies, ornate melodies, and the enchanting sounds of the balafon. The trio draws inspiration from the regional styles of the Mande repertoire, jazz, Congolese rumba, Guinean dance bands, and Cuban music.
