Every festival day, from opening time until 19:00, children can build with bamboo sticks, have their faces painted, colour in colouring pictures, make their own stone necklace and crawl around in the cosy Lotustent. But there is more!
On Saturday 7 June, the programme starts with a swinging workshop on Korean percussion by Matthieu Rauchvarger. Children can get to work on real janggu's – traditional drums from Korea. In the afternoon, a surprising singing workshop follows in which Matthieu invites everyone to sing along and experiment with Korean sounds.
Sunday 8 June the musical adventure continues with another percussion workshop. Children can also design their own Buchae, a colourful Korean fan, this afternoon. And for those who like action: the Nijmegen taekwondo school Yoo Sin gives spectacular workshops with demonstrations.
On Monday 9th June there will be dancing! Band Barencia invites children to the dance floor for a cheerful workshop full of movement and music. In the afternoon there is one more chance to participate in the percussion workshop by Matthieu Rauchvarger.
