As upbeat as the music is one moment, it is wistful the next. Wonderful how closely Laia and Flavia creep together both on stage and in the music itself. Wonderful the combination of cello and viola, instruments that, in their hands, lose none of their elegant charm, but with them have, above all, something vulnerable with all the power that implies. And then, of course, there are those enchanting voices that blend so well together, contradict each other so well too. Who allow every emotion, as long as it is felt through and sincere. Pristine and rich, pure and wise. They have invited Bulgarian drummer/percussionist Branko Valchev to enrich their songs. Music that compels attentive listening, empathy, in a gentle, loving way.
