During the upcoming Whitsun weekend, on June 7, 8 and 9, the public can enjoy Music Meeting in Park Brakkenstein in Nijmegen-Zuid one more time. This 39th festival edition will be extra special, with a program full of musical encounters and reunions.
On Monday, June 9, The Nobodyers will close the 39th edition of Music Meeting. Their performance marks their farewell to the park, but at the same time is also a preview of the festival's adventurous future. Because the time is ripe for a next step. For new opportunities, new experiences and a new festival format - which will take shape in Nijmegen's city center starting in 2026. Music Meeting will then return to the city center, where it began in 1985 in De Vereeniging. The move coincides with the celebration of our 40th edition and the first under the leadership of our new artistic director Miriam Brenner.
