Music Meeting Festival takes place this year for three days at the beautiful Park Brakkenstein(Driehuizerweg) in Nijmegen, on June 7, 8 and 9. The venue is easily accessible by bicycle, car and public transportation.
Bike
We have a large bike parking area in the park where you can park your bike for free. The bike parking can be found via west entrance to the park on Driehuizerweg. Follow the on-site signage.
OV
From Nijmegen Central Station a train leaves every half hour and stops at Nijmegen Heyendaal station. Get off there and walk via Heyendaalseweg to Park Brakkenstein in ten minutes. The nearest bus stops are Erasmus Building stop, Gymnasion stop and Huygens Building stop:
- Bus 9 towards Grave Bus Station
- Bus 14 towards Nijmegen Brakkenstein
- Bus 15 towards Wijchen

Car
In the vicinity of Park Brakkenstein, it is best to park at Radboud University parking lots. Parking lots P7A and B, P10 and P12 are available to park your car for free. Follow the signs for Radboud University. The parking lots fill up quickly, we advise you to come by public transport or bicycle!
Please note that it is not permitted to park on d'Almarasweg, in the parking lots of the sports clubs or in parking lot of Brakkesteyn Estate.

There are no checkrooms or lockers in Park Brakkenstein. You take coats and bags at your own risk. Leave valuables at home as much as possible and do not store them in the car.
Yes, they are allowed! But be considerate of your fellow attendees and make sure you don't obstruct anyone's view. Do you really want to enjoy the performances undisturbed? Then a poncho is a better idea!

Yes indeed, children up to 16 years of age have free admission! There is also the special children's program Mini Meeting for the little ones. Please note that there is no supervision here, so we ask parents to stay alert themselves.
On the festival grounds in Park Brakkenstein, you can visit a variety of food trucks, from a delicious fries to worldly flavors (vegetarian and vegan), perfect for enjoying between performances!
You may not bring a glass, but a reusable bottle for water is allowed.

Purchased tickets are unfortunately non-refundable. Want to transfer your ticket? You can do so via TicketSwap, our only approved platform for secure resale.
No need to print your ticket! Just show your digital ticket on your phone at the entrance. Make sure your screen is clearly visible and sufficiently charged.
