Dive into the music of South Korea at Music Meeting Festival 2025!

Music Meeting Festival this year takes you to the vibrant musical landscape of South Korea. Expect an adventurous mix of traditional sounds and innovative sounds, with artists pushing boundaries and reinventing tradition. 

Artist in Residence: Sun-Mi Hong
South Korean drummer and composer Sun-Mi Hong brings her unique jazz style to Nijmegen. With her new album Third Page: Resonance and three special projects - including the Sun-Mi Hong Quintet - she introduces you to her expressive and groundbreaking music.

Guest Curator: Jung Hun Lee
Jung Hun Lee, renowned festival director and founder of Seoul Music Week, and artistic director of GwangJu Busking Worldcup festival and Ulsan Jazz Festival, is guest curator of Music Meeting this year. He selected two South Korean acts that will be featured in the Netherlands for the first time: Groove& and Eunsil Noh.

New: Jungmi Yun's Little Big Orchestra
An energetic collective fusing jazz, global and classical, led by pianist and composer Jungmi Yun. For Music Meeting, she brings along a Korean trumpet to further expand her colorful sound.
